At our Vancouver-based dietitian clinic, the journey to better health for couples begins with a comprehensive initial assessment. This joint session allows our registered dietitian to understand both partners’ unique health needs, dietary habits, lifestyles, and shared nutritional goals.
Following the initial assessment, follow-up sessions are essential for monitoring progress and adjusting nutrition plans. These sessions provide ongoing support and motivation tailored to the needs of couples.
One of the key benefits of our couples consultations is the creation of customized meal plans that cater to both partners’ needs. Our dietitian ensures that your meal plans are specifically designed to meet individual and shared nutritional requirements.
Achieving and maintaining optimal health is a continuous journey, and our clinic is committed to providing ongoing support and monitoring for both partners. Regular check-ins ensure you receive continuous guidance and encouragement as a couple.
